Q: I get an error installing the Caller ID server. The error reads: The file '\\[servername]\Point of Success\Report Import\Call Outcome Chart.rtm' could not be opened. Please check that your disk is not full and that you have access to destination directory. Access is denied.
A: This error is caused because the Point of Success folder on the data host (server) computer is not properly shared. Go to the database server computer, then click Start > My Computer. Navigate to Local Disk C: and right-click the Point of Success folder. Choose Sharing and Security from the context menu, then check the Allow network users to change my files box. This will allow the Caller ID installation program to place the Caller ID reports onto the server computer so that they will be loaded into the Office Manager program the next time it is launched.
