Q: If a product is time sensitive, where do you set the time? Example, for happy hour, how do you set up the time to have a different price for the item?

A: Times and time period names are set in the Office Manager program in the Tools center. Click Price Options in the Accounting and Business Information section of the Tools page. Name each time period and set the times that the price is in effect.

Prices for these periods are entered for each product on the Advanced Pricing tab in the product entry window. Advanced pricing works by overriding the normal retail price when a special pricing period is in effect and is available only in Point of Success Premium.
