Registration of Point of Success must be completed within the first 30 days after the installation of the Office Manager program. The Office Manager program is registered to run only on one computer.
To register the software, access the registration area from the main menu of Office Manager. Choose the Tools menu. The first link at the top left corner is company name. Click the underlined blue hyperlinked text to access the registration window. Registration information is entered in this window.
Successful product registration is dependent on the:

Company Name

Computer ID (automatically displayed)

Serial Number (from the Certificate of Authenticity provided at purchase),

Unlock Code (supplied by Inborne Technology).
Once the registration information has been properly keyed in and the product is successfully registered, do not change the company name or serial number information as this will return the product to unregistered mode and will eventually require registration again.
Troubleshooting Registration
The following actions can cause Point of Success to become unregistered:

Changing or replacing the computer's internal hard disk drive

Inserting some models of portable USB drives (hard disk drives or flash drives)

Using the Office Manager program on two computers when it is registered for use on one computer
If you want to use a removable storage device regularly while using Point of Success, the software must be registered with the drive in place and the drive must stay in place at all times when Point of Success is in use.
Note: Not all portable drive technologies cause this registration problem.
