Q: Sometimes while tendering a payment during a service, it may happen that the wrong ticket is selected and the server uses the full amount button in the POS system and tenders a payment for a table but it is the wrong ticket. Is there any way to re-open a closed ticket?
A: For security purposes, closed tickets may not be re-opened. This prevents removal of items and deletion of an order or undoing of a payment, and prevents the theft that can occur of these actions were allowed.
