Remove orders before starting to use the system in live production. Clearing database.

Q: Is it possible to delete closed order tickets?  I have all the "test" orders from setting up the program.  I would like to start at order number one when I am ready to begin using the program.

A: It is possible to do so, but this involves removing specific data tables and creating new, empty files.

Warning: There is a danger of irretrievable data loss in following these instructions. If you do not fully understand the entire process, do not attempt these tasks. Contact your dealer or Point of Success support for assistance.
