Q: We have a two color printer and would like too be able to print just the word delivery and the customer's address on a all in one ticket in red the rest of the ticket in black. How can we set this up?
A: Edit the prep ticket, then click the field you want to print in red. Click the text color icon in the toolbar, then select red as the color. Save the edited template, then select the template for printing in the Tools center, Select Printing Templates.
