Parts of Point of Success open data files exclusively. Other parts of Point of Success cannot be used if data files are open exclusively. The Point of Success Data Utilities program and the CreatePOSData program require exclusive access to data files. These programs will not run unless they can get exclusive file access. To give these programs exclusive file access, close all parts of Point of Success including the Future Order Monitor, Caller ID Server, Mercury Payment Systems Server and PCCharge Connector.
